According to The Knot one of the top engagement ring trends of 2015 is mixed metals. While there were many beautiful and interesting trends, the one that stuck out to me the most was mixing metals in your rings. Mixing yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold are getting more and more popular. Rose gold is one of the newest metals that has been making headlines over the last few years. Now, combining rose gold with traditional white gold is making its own headlines. There are a couple different ways of combing these metals. You can literally mix the metals in the engagement ring itself, or have the engagement ring one metal and the wedding band another metal. For the trend setting brides as well as the traditional brides, this is a perfect solution for mixing traditional as well as pushing the boundaries a bit.
