The Wedding Planner Weds {Kayleigh & Mark}

Well the big day was here and gone in a flash...but it was the absolute best day of my life. The morning of the wedding I woke up surrounded by some of my closest girlfriends. We ate breakfast, watched a movie, and just hung out and relaxed. We headed over to The Old Sugar Mill around 11:00 and started getting ready and  Jen from I Make Beautiful showed up around 12:00 to do my hair & make up. My mom, girlfriends, and I sipped on delicious wine, listened to music and had a great time spending time together before the big "I do". Mark and I decided to do a first look, so Carmen (Carmen Salazar Photography) had set Mark up in the boiler house and I walked in and told him to turn around. I was shaking with anticipation and immediately started crying as he turned around and gave me a big hug. It was so great being able to spend one on one time together and take our own pictures before the day got too crazy. After our couples pictures we did some immediate family photos, then hung out and relaxed before the ceremony. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous, but everything flowed so smoothly, and it was SO much fun. Dogwood Party Rentals brought ahhhh-mazing rentals items that included corn hole for guests to play and a lounge area set up by the cigar bar. Audrey from Botanica Floral & Event Design adorned all the tables with gorgeous floral centerpieces and accent pieces (and my bouquet was a huge hit!). Sandra Dees catered our wedding, and people are still talking about the delicious food to this day! And no awesome wedding is complete without a jammin DJ to keep the party going, Joe from SJ's Disc Jockey kept the dance floor packed alllll night. And the cherry on top would be Phil from Phillip Alan films who captured all of the above. We just recently received our wedding video in the mail and words cannot describe the joy it brought me (if you are debating hiring a videographer for your wedding, DO IT). All in all, May 9, 2014 was such an incredible day and I feel so blessed that Mark and I got to share it with such amazing family and friends.
